ABOUT
About
“Careful attention, steady support, and better questions in complicated moments.”
I’m Arina, a third-year psychology student at the University of Alberta’s Augustana campus in Camrose, Alberta. I transferred to Augustana in 2025 after finishing an Associate of Arts at Douglas College in British Columbia, and I’m on track to graduate in May 2027.
The coursework that’s shaped me most so far: Psychological Disorders (assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mood, anxiety, substance-use, and eating disorders); Personality Psychology (theories, assessments, disorders); and Research Methods in Psychology (ethics, APA code of conduct).
I’m applying for practicum and MA counselling roles for 2027. If you’re working on something adjacent or looking for help, I’d like to hear from you.
